We understand that life can be unpredictable and scheduling conflicts may arise. However, as a small business with limited slots and high demand, it's essential that we maintain a fair and consistent cancellation policy.

We kindly request that if you must cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to open up the time slot to other students who may be waiting for a lesson.

If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, the full price of the lesson will be due. This is to compensate for the time and resources set aside specifically for your session, which cannot easily be reallocated on such short notice.
